Terms and conditions: 

Preregistration:

• Preregistration will initiate a quote / proposal from Danimex.
• Preregistration does not ensure a seat in the training event. 

Payment:

• Payment has to be processed as soon as quote is received. 
• The payment must be received in full 5 weeks prior to the course start date.

Confirmation: 

• Course will be confirmed in due time (typically 1 month before running) 
• No course will be confirmed if no payments are done. So please initiate payment
• Please do not order flight tickets and hotel reservations before course is confirmed.

Pre-registration does NOT book a seat, only payment will.
Only if enough seats have been sold, the course will be held. 

Danimex Cancellation:

• If course is cancelled by Danimex Communication, only the full course fee will be refunded.

Client cancellation:

• If cancelled before course confirmation 100% course fee refund.
• If cancelled up to 2 weeks before course start 50% course fee refund.
• If cancelled less than 2 weeks before course start no refund.

Course Fee: 

• Corse fee only covers participation in Training Course, lunch (midday meal) and coffee break on training dates
• The course material on a memory stick.
• All other costs are clients’ responsibility. 

Costs not covered / refunded by Danimex communication:

• Visa
• Flight / airport transfers
• Local transportation
• Accommodation
• Food and beverages outside of training times.
• Any non-course related costs
