Sales Manager - Nordic



Danimex continues to grow, and we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager for our expansion of satellite communication on the international market. You will be responsible for positioning the Danimex satellite communication portfolio and solutions and identify, target, and grow new business by building successful relationships with existing and potential new system integrators and end users. You are comfortable discussing complex projects and tenders on Governmental and private commercial level.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing Long-Term Agreements and support our existing partners/end-users.
  • Responsible for driving sales in assigned territory and target accounts through satellite communication equipment products and solutions selling.
  • Identify strategic areas of growth and develop plans to boost sales, while supporting the delivery of future strategies across the marked.
  • Develop and enable long-term account plans that highlight strategies to onboard new accounts and grow existing accounts.
  • Analyzing market demand to identify growth opportunities and forecast future sales targets.
  • Coordinate the interaction between key customers and Danimex technical and administrative resources.
  • Support and develop potential expansion of Danimex portfolio.
Professional qualifications:
  • Understand the Key account role and satellite telecommunication industry focusing on solutions selling.
  • Understanding of the satellite telecommunication global industry.
  • Team player and understanding the importance of training and tools.
  • Technical flair can be an advantage.
  • Culturally awareness - good communication skills with different cultures internally as externally.
  • Have integrity, be passionate and innovative.
  • Able to cooperate at all levels of an organizations.
  • Proven ability to sell to all levels of an organizations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and partner with internal and external resources.
  • Fluent in Danish and English (able to speak, write and present is mandatory). Knowledge of the German language will be an advantage.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, persistence, assertiveness, resourcefulness required.
  • Ability to listen well, communicate and qualify effectively to all levels.
  • Disciplined and motivated to generate visible results
  • A team player, who integrates with ease into an existing, experienced team
